We hope that you never have to return a product. At
the same time, we would be there to help you if you do.
The order was damaged when received
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that
the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to
situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in
transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such
circumstances. Under the return policy, the customer has to notify us about the
damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please email the details to us
regarding the damaged online orders at ecommerceparampara@gmail.com.
Incorrect items received
In case you receive items that are different from
the ones you ordered, we will ship the required items to you once we receive
the incorrect ones sent to you (please read Return Policy mentioned below for
further clarification). Please email the details to us regarding the incorrect

Return Policy
Once the customer has decided that certain items/or
entire order needs to be returned, the customer has to follow the process mentioned
below:
Notify us about the return within 24 hours of
receiving the order. Any delay caused might lead to the cancellation of the
whole process. You need to mail the details (product photographs of the
faulty/wrong items received, Invoice and the Package in which you received the
products) for online orders at ecommerceparampara@gmail.com.
Once you get a confirmation from our side that the
items can be exchanged or delivered, you will have to courier those to us (in
case of wrong item received) as well. Once we receive the items, we will ship
the products and also refund the money you spent on the courier.
