These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and or contributors of content.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. PRODUCT PRICING DISCLAIMER The prices displayed on our Apps may differ from prices that are available in stores. Further the prices displayed in our catalogues are quotes which may vary from country to country for the same product. Prices shown on the Apps for India is subject to change without prior notice. These prices only reflect the MRP and do not include shipping and taxes which may be extra as applicable. BILLING The price of our merchandise as mentioned on Parampara is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. Parampara reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. We may also charge delivery charges which may include postal charges / shipment charges etc. That may be applicable for your country. ORDER CANCELLATION BY Parampara Due to unavoidable circumstances there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Parampara reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. DELIVERY Parampara endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time- period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Parampara fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. EXCHANGE/ RETURN & REFUND POLICY Parampara does not have an exchange or return policy per se. Parampara shall endeavor to deliver defect free products to the purchasers and Parampara does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the return is expressly accepted by us in exceptional cases. Any items purchased on our Apps do not qualify for a return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to us within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. Parampara holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Parampara reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. COLOR / VISUAL DISCLAIMER The colors of the products that you see on the computer screen will vary slightly from those of the actual product. This is because of differences in the underlying technologies of computer monitors, screen resolutions and fabric quality. Monitors that are not properly calibrated also add to the difference in colors. In addition, the lighting used while taking photographs also play a role in the final color that is shown on the screen. Also, please note that irregularities in colors, prints, weaves, shapes, forms and textures are a basic characteristic of authentic hand-crafted products and are not product defects. GARMENT GUARANTEE All our garments are handcrafted with utmost care and fabrics of premium quality are used and sourced to create durable and fine quality clothing apparel. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are the signature of the human hand. Please note that all our products are to by dry cleaned only. Washing them with hand may lead to running of colors and distortion of embroideries on the fabric. INACCURACY DISCLAIMER From time to time there may be information on our website or in our catalog that may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. FORCE MAJEURE Failure on the part of Parampara to perform any of its obligations and the non-furnishing of the Service, shall not entitle you to raise any claim against Parampara or be a breach hereunder to the extent that such failure arises from an event of Force Majeure. INDEMNITY You agree to defend and indemnify Parampara from and against all third-party claims, suits, damages, claims and losses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this T&C, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. SEVERABILITY We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
